OUR STORY

Seedspreaders Ministry was started by Robert and Kari MacClennan to encourage ALL of God’s people to follow and obey God. We use the Bible and a variety of tools to teach your chosen topic.

Seedspreaders Ministry has worked with many different churches and organizations across a number of denominations including (but not limited to) Evangelical Lutheran, Roman Catholic, Assemblies of God, Southern Baptist, Church Of the Brethren, & Brethren Church; plus in non-denominational and collegiate ecumenical settings. Because of all these experiences, Robert and Kari chose to be ordained by the National Association of Christian Ministers, a non-denominational group of Spirit lead pastors.

Robert is a graduate of Liberty University in Biblical Studies with a minor in Christian counseling.  He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and is certified as an S.Y.M.B.I.S. Marriage counselor.  He answered the call to formal ministry 20+ years ago. As a pastor, He is passionate about helping Christians learn what God teaches in the Bible and enjoys mentoring others through whatever stage they are in.

Kari is an experienced event planner, food service worker, retail worker and journalist. She enjoys encouraging others to have a stronger relationship with God and teaching about God. Kari is artistic and passionate about worshiping God in a variety of ways.  feels called to encourage Christian Women in their walks with Christ. She is also a Cancer Survivor.

5 What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. 6 I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. 7 So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. 8 The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. 9 For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.

1 Corinthians 3:5-9
Our ministry beliefs:

  • We believe in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Without one, we are doomed to a hard life without hope, and an even longer eternity without God. (John 14:6)

  • We believe that all of scripture is the Word of God, and good for teaching, training, disciplining, and dealing with life’s issues. (2 Tim. 3:16)

  • We believe that God made every person on this planet and they all have worth and purpose in His eyes. As such, we have a duty as Christians to love and care for them, whether they agree with our views or not. We also have a duty to lead them to Christ and let Him do the work of salvation in them. (Lev.19:18; Gal. 5:14; 2 Tim. 2:10)

  • We believe that there is one true message of life, the Gospel message of Jesus Christ, but many ways of delivering it to the world around us. (1 Cor. 9:19-23)

  • We believe that each of us has been placed on this earth, at this time to show specific people the love of Christ. And it is our jobs, as Christians, to get close enough in our relationship with Jesus that His light is reflected by our lives. (Matt. 5:15)

  • We believe it is the role of the Pastor or minister to train and equip the flock (that he or she has been entrusted with), using their God given gifts to the best of their abilities, to transform the world around them for the growth of the Kingdom of God and to the Glory of the Lord. (2 Tim. 2:1-2)
